No, not an ST, the other Oppo-spec. Bargain base S trim, 2012 with 66k on the clock. Manual transmission and everything else, not even a remote unlock, only features were A/C and a stereo. It’s exactly what many people on here want from a car. I found it horrible and terrible and awful and depressing and bad and please don’t make me drive it again.
Reasoning: My roommate had to run an emergency errand, both his and my cars are out of commission momentarily, and he was desperate/stupid enough to lie to another friend about knowing how to drive stick shift so said friend would let him borrow the Fiesta. He thought he would learn on the fly (yeah right), I found out and said “No way in hell” and drove instead.

No idea. Whatever the smallest non-Ecoboost engine is.

That’s probably a 1.6 or something. The most basic Fiesta I could buy (the new model though, not that one) has a 1.1 engine with 70 bhp. Would you prefer that?
The very first Fiesta had a 957cc engine with 45 bhp. No power steering, power windows or power anything else at any price.

From a BMW to every option to a Chevy with the only option being the upgrade engine. You never know how much you’ll miss power windows and locks until they’re gone.

Thank you for calling it a base model and not “poverty spec.” That’s one of my biggest automotive pet peeves. Do you know what a poverty spec Ford hatchback looks like? It sure as hell isn’t a brand new Fiesta. It’s a 1996 Ford Aspire being held together with zip ties.

I owned the most poverty spec vehicle ever made and I don’t ever want to drive another car like that again.

I must be broken as I own a poverty spec Accent and I am perfectly fine with it. I guess it comes with growing up with vehicles with no options. Though my last car before the Accent did have power everything, I really don’t miss anything except cruise control that much...and maybe A/C on very hot days, but I usually just open the window. :P

Sad that Oppo spec = poverty spec. To me Oppo spec is the Fiesta ST only as it’s the one an Oppo should prefer.

I had one of those that I bought new in ‘13. It even had manual windows. I loved it. There was absolutely nothing depressing about it. It was all the car I wanted or needed, and wasn’t bad to drive.

Had a base model Sonic. It had power locks, interment wipers, & power engine. No AC, no CC, no power windows & mirrors. 10/10 would not recommend.
